About Pawsonal

Our Back Story

Alison is a passionate and dedicated professional with a genuine love for dogs, the outdoors, and an active lifestyle. After graduating with a BSc degree in Dietetics in 2011, Alison spent time working in her field before deciding to follow her heart and pursue a career working with dogs. Pawsonal was established in 2018, bringing together her professional background, love for animals, and commitment to wellbeing.

Growing up around a variety of dog breeds, dogs have always been a big part of Alison’s life. Her own family Labradors, Ruby and Roxy, played a key role in inspiring her interest in canine behaviour and training. This curiosity led her to continue learning and developing her skills through recognised training organisations.

Alison has studied with several respected institutions, including Canine Principles, Sirius Dog Training Academy, and the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT). She is also a qualified and accredited Easy Peasy Puppy Instructor. Her approach is always calm, positive, and ethical, with a strong focus on understanding each dog as an individual.

Pawsonal offers professional dog walking, dog training, puppy classes, and training workshops, all tailored to suit the needs of both dogs and their owners. Every service is delivered with care, patience, and clear communication.

With her experience, knowledge, and passion for dogs, Alison is committed to helping dogs and their guardians build a strong, trusting relationship through positive training, while supporting a happy, healthy life together.
