Pawsonal Dog Walker & Trainer provides professional dog walking and dog training services within Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Pawsonal Dog Walker & Trainer offers:

•Group dog walking

•Solo dog walking

•Dog training sessions

•Puppy training and puppy classes

•Workshops

 

All services are subject to availability and suitability of the dog.

 

Meet & Greet

A meet and greet will normally be required before services begin. This allows an assessment of your dog’s temperament, behaviour, and suitability for group walks or training.

 

Service Area

Services are provided within Plymouth, Devon. Requests outside this area may not be accepted.

Bookings

Bookings must be agreed in advance. Regular walking slots may be offered subject to availability.

 

Cancellations

•At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booking.

•Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

•No-shows may be charged at the full rate.

 

Weather & Safety

Services may be altered, shortened, or cancelled in extreme weather conditions where it is considered unsafe for dogs or the walker.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Pawsonal Dog Walker & Trainer reserves the right to refuse or suspend services if a dog displays behaviour that presents a risk to the walker, other dogs, members of the public, or property.

The safety and wellbeing of all dogs is a priority.

 

Owners agree to:

•Provide full and honest disclosure of any behavioural issues, including aggression, anxiety, or previous biting incidents.

•Ensure dogs are vaccinated appropriately.

•Ensure dogs are treated for fleas and worms where necessary.

•Provide a suitable collar, harness, and lead that fits securely.

 

Dogs in Season / Intact Dogs

•Female dogs in season cannot attend group walks.

•Intact males may be excluded from group walks if behaviour causes disruption or risk.

 

Emergency Veterinary Treatment

In the event of illness or injury, Pawsonal Dog Walker & Trainer is authorised to seek veterinary treatment where necessary. Every effort will be made to contact the owner first. Any veterinary costs incurred remain the responsibility of the owner.

Pawsonal Dog Walker & Trainer will exercise reasonable care and skill when providing services.

 

However:

•No liability is accepted for loss, injury, or illness arising from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed behavioural issues.

•The owner remains responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by their dog to third parties, property, or other animals.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

 

Payments may be made via bank transfer or through an online booking system where available.

 

Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Pawsonal Dog Walker & Trainer shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
